Grace Under Trial

Journal Entry-February 18, 2009
I received a card at church telling me that an "angel" had arranged for me to receive all the CDs of the Ladies Bible Study at church free of charge! This is such a blessing! The theme is "Grace under Trial" so I know these will be a great encouragement to me during my treatment.

My Journal of Remembrance of God's Blessings

"Yes, and I will rejoice, for I know that through your prayers and the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will turn out for my deliverance, as it is my eager expectation and hope that I will not be ashamed, but that with full courage now as always Christ will be honored in my body." Philippians 1:19-20

I am continuing this journal to help me remember all of God's blessings to me through this journey. It has been and will be a source of encouragement to me that I can return to again and again. I will post my progress as I continue treatment for my cancer, but more than that, I will record encouraging thoughts and verses that others have sent to me along the way. I hope they will be an encouragement to you, as well. The Lord is the same in any trial or struggle that we go through-the same yesterday, today, and forever!
