Walk in Newness of Life

Journal Entry-January 27, 2009
"He has made everything beautiful in its time" Ecc. 3:11

"...Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard...the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him." I Corinthians 2:9

"Walk in newness of life." Romans 6:4

"I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber." Psalm 121:1-3

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your path." Proverbs 3:5-6

My Journal of Remembrance of God's Blessings

"Yes, and I will rejoice, for I know that through your prayers and the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will turn out for my deliverance, as it is my eager expectation and hope that I will not be ashamed, but that with full courage now as always Christ will be honored in my body." Philippians 1:19-20

I am continuing this journal to help me remember all of God's blessings to me through this journey. It has been and will be a source of encouragement to me that I can return to again and again. I will post my progress as I continue treatment for my cancer, but more than that, I will record encouraging thoughts and verses that others have sent to me along the way. I hope they will be an encouragement to you, as well. The Lord is the same in any trial or struggle that we go through-the same yesterday, today, and forever!
